A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible works best. Avoid blurry or dark images. JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats all work fine.

Each charm is handcrafted to order. Production takes 7–12 business days, then ships to Canada and the US. Total delivery is typically 10–16 days from order date.

Each plush charm is approximately 8–10 cm tall — small enough to hang from a bag, keys, or zipper pull, but detailed enough to truly look like your pet.

Because each charm is custom-made to your photo, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your charm arrives damaged or looks significantly different from your photo, we'll make it right — contact us at hello@furlette.com.
