Shipping Policy

At Furlette, every charm is custom-made from your pet's photo before it ships. Here's what you need to know about timing and delivery.

Processing Time

After you place your order and submit your pet's photo, our team begins production within 1 business day. Production takes 2–3 business days. If your photo isn't usable (too blurry, too small, or missing the pet's face), we'll contact you within 24 hours to request a better one.

Total delivery time = production (2–3 days) + shipping (7–13 days). These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, peak seasons, or carrier issues may extend delivery times.

Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your charm has shipped.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control customs timelines or fees.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@furlette.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
