30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items should be in their original condition where possible — but we know dogs are dogs, so reach out and we'll work it out.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your board arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement right away.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll reply with the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once processed.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your order didn't arrive and it can't be located after investigation, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
