Once your charm ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

How to track your order

1. Check your email — look for a shipping confirmation from Furlette (check your spam folder if you don't see it).
2. Click the tracking link in that email to see your package's current location and estimated delivery date.
3. Have an account? Log in to view your orders anytime.

Shipping timeline

Every Furlette charm is custom-made from your photo. Here's what to expect:

• Production: 2–3 business days after your order is placed
• Shipping: 7–13 days depending on your location
• Total estimated time: 10–16 days from order to delivery
