Here is what to expect once you order the Furlette Nail Board.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom	14 to 18 days total
Australia / New Zealand	14 to 20 days total

Delivery windows include processing time and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays due to customs, peak seasons, or carrier issues may extend delivery times.

Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside Canada, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control customs timelines or fees.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@furlette.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
